    Should I delete an offensive (or a really bad one) comment on my online store? I dont want too offensive comments to show up on my products page every now and then.How do i handle them? Pls.help.

      Defintely! delete the offensive comment right away. although some negative comments will make the product review more credible, offensive ones may damage your reputation. make changes on your site so that product features will have to be approved first (by you) before showing up on the site.
